This is a praise report in follow up with the Youth Retreat that was held on July 31st, August 1st and August 2nd at the Toah Nipi Retreat Center in Rindge, NH in the year 2009. The theme of this retreat was based on  Acts 2:17 (NIV). In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, ... Accordingly, the Holy Spirit placed a burden in our hearts to conduct a youth retreat transcending all barriers and including young people from all churches and different denominations. Nations, cultures, skin color, background; none of these were criterria. Any interested person from the age of 13 to unmarried were invited.
 
Having never conducted a Retreat in the past, we hoped for about 25 people. The Retreat center offered to us a total of 50 bed spaces. We got about 51 adults plus 4 kids. (Exceeding abundantly above all that we asked or hoped for). Many parents sent their kids for the first time for a Retreat and yet they had not even met us in person. We had prayed to the Lord to make all people who trust in HIm to trust in us enough to send their kids. And the Mighty Lord did just that. From the beginning of the Retreat till the very end the Holy Spirit's power was evident. He was lifted and glorified. No preacher, or messenger or team leader was above. Everyone operated under His grace.

The following is a rough estimate of the numbers. This is only being presented to bring glory to God. Forty four youth were present, 4 were saved for the first time (Another altar call was given per prompting of the Holy Spirit on Saturday during the Campfire).This is not accounted for. Nine people receieved the Holy Spirit for the first time with the evidence of speaking in tongues. 16 people atleast (excluding woeship leaders, team leaders etc. were refilled with the spirit. The entire place was staurated with his Holy Presence.Except for a few, everyone gathered were speaking in tongues and parying, praising and glorifying GOD. On Sunday 10 people atleast dedicated their lives for his ministry. By the end of the Retreat the youth desired to have another Retreat next year. By faith we promised to have one since we felt this was directed by the Holy Spirit.
 
The Worship Team: The team consisted of 7-8 members coming from atleast 3 different churches. The worship provided was exceptional. The whole team was organized by the Holy spirit under the direction of Jimmy Mathew. They had not got time to gather together or practice until that morning but they unity with which they worshiped was as though they were an established professional singing group. We had no clue to how the worship would be till the day of the Retreat. But God was faithful and true. The music was so good, I wish I had resources to record it. It sounded better than any professional band. Glory be to our Almighty God! Thanks to Pastor Joseph Simon for directing us to the sources for the worship
 
Youth gathered from New york, Massachussetts, New Hampshire and Conneticut. That is amazing in itself. We did not know over half the people who signed up to attend. The Holy Spirit attracted them and brought them per His desire.The youth enjoyed the Retreat and the Lord kept them all safe. No one was hurt/ injured in any way. Thanks to the Prayer warriors in the Prayer line who prayed for the Retreat 24/7. Minsters and believers in India , Kuwait, Canada and America were also praying for it. Through out the Retreat the power of their prayers could be felt. May our Lord continue to strengthen you even more for Prayers, Pray for the Retreat next year.

May our loving Lord bless you more and more.Further thanks to our Pastor Joseph Simon for his help with the adminsitrative and legal aspects of the retreat. His prayers and advice have been of great significance.
 
Also we are thankful to Pastor Freddy Thomas, Pastor John Johnson, Pastor Manu P. Cherian and Dr. Thomas Idiculla who choose to come as speakers for the Retreat even when we did not have much to offer and did not know the answers to much of their questions. Thanks for trusting in the guidance of the Holy spirit. May our Lord bless you for your Obedience. Your minstry has been a blesssing to all the youth. They operated in unity and oneness under the grace of our Lord. Dr. Thomas Idiculla and Pastor Freddy have been key in providing us with guidance for the program.. Futher Dr. Thomas has played a great part in publicity for this event. God Bless him for his efforts.
 
Special thanks again to Jimmy, Jeremy, lejo, Tole, Vladimir, Julie and Teena for the Worship group they put together. Thanks to Marc and Chedly for their minstry with the youth. God provided for the finances for the Retreat. Pray for further financial sources to arise especially for the next Retreat.In conclusion God is GREAT! He will accomplish His will in this region of New England and the North East. The time is near, HE is ready. Angels have been deployed. Now all we have to do  is to be willing vessels for His Glory. God wants to bring revival. Holy spirit will manifest with signs, wonders and powers.  Amen dear Lord Jesus. Come. MARANATHA!
