Introduction to Christian Counseling
API-101 will begin with the basics of Christian Counseling, tackling questions like: What is Christian Counseling? Then, the course will begin diving into the various topics associated with Christian Counseling, like ‘Common Mental Health Problems’, and ‘Family Counseling’. These topics will be covered by highly-educated Christian Counselors, Professionals, and Pastors who have extensive experience in this space.
API-201
Family & Marriage Counseling
API-201 is aimed at diving deeper into the ‘Foundations of Marriage and Parenting’. This course will use Biblical principles to teach students how to conduct both Pre-Marital and Marital counseling. This course will also cover topics such as: Separation, Divorce, and Remarriage.
API-301
Mental Health Counseling
API-301 is aimed at exploring and teaching the ‘Foundations of Mental Health’ from a Christian and Cultural perspective. This course will provide an overview of Mental Health disorders: Faith, Culture, and Mental Health; Hope and hopelessness at the end of life; End of Life Issues and Caregiving Challenges.

API Certificate in Christian Counseling
Are you looking for coaching to help you progress in your ministry? This program is designed to introduce important concepts in Counseling as well as demonstrate how to apply them in real-life situations. It will allow participants to learn more about coaching from a faith perspective, equipping them to work in the Christian coaching fields of lay ministry, especially among the South Asian community.
